– CEO: Chris is the founder of KnowledgePay and brings two decades of expertise in HR services and technology, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small, family-owned businesses. Chris has operated his own compensation consulting business, HR Analytic Services, since 2004, which was the predecessor company to KnowledgePay, Inc. He has a BS in Business Management, Human Resource Management concentration from the University of Illinois and an MS from Benedictine University. – CTO: A serial entrepreneur, Shannon has 16 years of IT experience including more than a decade on the Web. He has led the design and development of industry-specific software projects and operated several ecommerce Websites. He has a BS in Business Management, MIS concentration from the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse, and an MBA in Marketing from the University Of Wisconsin at Whitewater.

– CMO: Tom is a serial entrepreneur and marketing strategist with three decades of experience working with organizations around the globe from Fortune 50 companies to startups. He has been an innovator in Web-based collaboration, enterprise social software and new media since the early days of the Web.

– VP Professional Services: Jacqueline joined KnowledgePay in 2009 as Vice President of Professional Services. Previously, she was Senior Director of Corporate and Administrative Systems at OfficeMax Inc, where she managed the enterprise wide Human Resource, Finance, Legal and Portal applications. A 25 year veteran in the HR IT field, she has held management positions in HR Technology at Sears, Moore North America, Computer Sciences Corporation, and RR Donnelly. Jacqueline is the Past Chair of IHRIM and has served on its board since 2000. She holds a bachelor's degree from Drake University.
